Refunds & Returns
Returns are not accepted due to the delicate nature of our products, which may be compromised once the packaging is opened. The mishandling of our products can lead to premature degradation. Whether it be due to light or heat exposure, sanitary reasons, or unethical practices, we simply cannot and will not accept returns as our standard policy.
We cannot give the products to other customers so please be sure of your purchase prior to purchasing. It is imperative to emphasize that our research peptides are intended strictly for research purposes only and are not suitable for human consumption. Any indication of such usage will render possibility of a refund or return, null and void, as it contravenes legal regulations. We emphasize the importance of thoroughly reviewing all disclaimers provided on our website for clarity on product usage and policies. All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds or reshipment for orders shipped to the wrong address provided by the customer. We ship it to where you have indicated at checkout.
Case by Case Basis
In rare cases, we may approve a return or exchange on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
If a return is approved, a 25% restocking fee will be applied. This fee helps cover costs associated with processing the return, including handling and logistics. Additionally, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Order Cancellations
Cancellations must be requested by email before the order shipment has shipped. Once the order has shipped you may not cancel your order. If you placed an order and have not paid yet and do not want the order anymore, please email us to let us know! Please contact us at support@marvelous.com with any questions or concerns that you may have regarding your order. We will do our absolute best to assist you as quickly and satisfactorily as possible.Â
Refunds & Cancellations Terms & Conditions
- Refunds and cancellations are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to a $20 processing fee.Â
- If approved, refunds for orders already in processing may take 3–5 business days to complete, with an additional 7–10 business days for funds to return to the original payment method.
- Once an order has shipped, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds.
